Eileen F. Boyce, Senior Associate, Corporate Accountability

Eileen Boyce brings more than nine years of experience to Reputation Partners, where she is a senior associate working in the firm’s Corporate Accountability practice.

Since joining Reputation Partners in 2004, Eileen has played a leading role on a number of the firm’s most significant accounts. She has extensive experience managing corporate communications initiatives, including developing strategic planning materials, coordinating media relations efforts, managing corporate positioning activities and leading media analysis efforts.

In addition, Eileen has played an instrumental role in managing crises and issues for a number of companies. She has led proactive and reactive media relations, internal employee communications and community outreach surrounding layoffs, litigation, environmental violations, media investigations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, disasters and workplace violence.

Among her accomplishments include working on the first-ever NYSE listing for the firm’s Brazilian homebuilder client, helping a leading regional department store deal with the immediate aftermath of one of the worst instances of workplace violence in U.S. history, and working with a leading building products manufacturer to develop a communications plan to address groundwater contamination issues at one of its manufacturing plants.

Today, Eileen focuses on a wide range of projects in the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development, including advising companies on their sustainability reporting, stakeholder mapping and vulnerabilities & opportunities audits.

Her past and present clients include Eastman Chemical, Equity International, Fifth Third Bank, Gafisa, Homex, Lincoln International, Owens Corning and Von Maur.

Before joining Reputation Partners, Eileen worked as a reporter and editorial assistant for Chicago’s Northwest Side Press, located in Chicago’s Jefferson Park neighborhood. In addition to being the lead community reporter, she also shared responsibilities for the editorial and layout direction of the paper. Eileen began her journalism career in Chicago as a news intern at WGN Radio, where she assisted three different anchors throughout the news day.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently resides in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.
