Belmont Village Senior Living engaged Reputation Partners to create a communications strategy that would elevate the company’s four existing Chicagoland communities and raise awareness of Belmont Village’s newest development in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. With increased competition for market share, the company sought to differentiate its communities by highlighting their unique amenities, research-backed programming and dedicated staff.
By aligning all external communications teams on key messaging and integrating public relations efforts with ongoing marketing and digital initiatives, the RP team was able to assist in attracting referrals and new residents to the communities and programs where the need was most pressing.
Over the course of our four-year partnership, RP drove strategic communications programs that positioned Belmont as a thought leader among senior housing and care providers, increased awareness of their Chicagoland communities’, differentiated the Belmont experience and lifestyle apart from competitors and positioned the organization as an employer of choice.
