Using a variety of public relations tactics to highlight Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ story and increase awareness of the corporate brand, as well as individual hotel and restaurant properties amongst target audiences, Reputation Partners secured over 1,000 media placements (resulting in 855.03 million impressions) in key local, regional, national and trade media outlets in just 2019, including Forbes, Midwest Living, The Chicago Tribune, N by Norwegian, The New York Times, Michigan Avenue Magazine, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, LODGING, Indianapolis Magazine, Star Tribune and the Omaha World-Herald, among others.
In 2019, Reputation Partners also led proactive media outreach for the opening of a new boutique concept for Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel. Through targeted outreach, media events, a media roadshow and more, Reputation Partners secured 487 media placements, resulting in 379 million impressions and $2 million in advertising value equivalency alone for the hotel.
