What’s your favorite part of your job?
Creating processes that minimize work and maximize results.
What’s something people are always surprised to find out about you?
That I’m actually shy. I have an outgoing personality and love getting to know people and learning new things but I’m pretty reserved when it comes to my personal life. Also, that I’m French, German and Polish – my non-traditional accent has confused some people.
Tell us about something you’re really proud of.
Leaving my birth country as a young adult and establishing my own life in another country by overcoming the language barrier and culture differences. Seeing this type of personal success being used by my children in their own life choices have been more than rewarding and incredibly satisfying.
