What’s your favorite part of your job?
Sharing stories has always been a passion of mine. So much news is negative, I love the opportunity to share positivity with the world through media.
What quote best describes your outlook on life?
“Fall down seven times, stand up eight” is a Japanese proverb that speaks to resilience in the face of adversity. I love this quote because it reminds me that even if I fall down or stumble the important thing is trying again.

Graduating from college during the pandemic lockdown. In 2019 I took a year off school to move to Chicago to pursue a career in public relations. When the lockdown happened, I decided to take the opportunity to go back to school online and finish my degree while the world was closed. I was able to go back to my childhood home in Florida for my graduation in May of 2021 and seeing my family was the greatest reward I could have asked for.
