What’s your favorite part of your job?
When browsing the web you will see a bunch of sites which don’t make a lot of sense when trying to actually find the information you’re looking for. I really enjoy building great user experiences on websites, and I’m able to do that here at RP. The team understands how to make UX work, and the collaboration is second to none.

If you could have dinner with a famous person (past or present) who would it be and why?
Steve Vai (Guitarist for Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, Whitesnake and solo artist). He was such an influence on me as a young musician. His music always spoke to me in a way that, to this day, nothing else has. He opened up a whole new world of music for me when I was learning to play, and I’d love to ask him a million questions.

Tell us about something you’re really proud of.
I’ve been playing drums since I was 14, and over the past 25+ years I’ve played with a number of bands in the Chicago area. I still play regularly with some of the top cover bands in Chicago, and I’ve appeared on ABC’s New Year’s Eve Countdown and Windy City Live. I’ve opened for Tony Bennett and Loverboy, and I even got to play “What Was I Thinkin'” with Dierks Bentley!
