What’s your favorite part of your job?

I really enjoy learning. Working in public relations has allowed me to grow my knowledge base on topics I didn’t even know existed before I started my career. With clients operating across a wide variety of industries and business sectors, there’s something new and exciting to learn almost every day.

What quote best describes your outlook on life?

I try to live the motto “I’m third” every day of my life. I always try to do what’s right first, think of others second and then I’m third. It’s a simple but impactful philosophy I learned while spending 12 summers of my childhood and young adult life at a camp in northern Wisconsin.

What’s something people are always surprised to find out about you?

Most people are surprised to learn I have not yet traveled outside the continental United States. The closest I’ve come is seeing Canada on a very clear day during a backpacking trip on Isle Royal in Lake Superior.
