    • We offer a hybrid work environment so that our team can benefit from regular, in-person interaction with colleagues, but not be required to fully give up the work-from-home arrangements that many enjoy and which have worked so well.
  • Paid time off
    • We offer a generous amount of paid time off to new employees which increases after three full years of employment. In addition, all full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays and summer hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day to encourage work-life balance.
  • Generous paid parental leave of up to 12 weeks for primary and/or secondary caregiver
    • We know how important bonding with both parents is after the birth or adoption of a child. That’s why we offer – and encourage – employees to take 12 weeks off (at 70% of pay) after the birth or adoption of a child.

It Matters To Us

Unlike some public relations firms that either relegate their younger employees to mundane tasks or throw them into the deep end with no support, Reputation Partners gives them the opportunity to lead, but with the consistent, hands-on support and encouragement of our senior team.

When we’re not working, you might find us volunteering, hosting a group of students or sharing a beer and cheering on our favorite sports teams.

We have a strict “no jerks” policy. Clients who mistreat our employees or colleagues who aren’t kind to one another have no place at our firm and are promptly asked to leave. Fortunately, these have been few and far between.

Any firm can claim it has a good culture, but our proof is in the numbers: Five of our employees were with us for more than 10 years – three of them for more than 15. Over our history, we have had six “boomerangs” (former RP employees that returned to the team after leaving us for other opportunities). 

Our employees work hard during the work week but are encouraged to shut down by no later than 6:00p during the week and completely on weekends.
