Over the past 30+ years, Nick has worked with hundreds of leading corporations, non-profits and academic organizations and their leadership teams to enhance, protect and restore their reputations. With a hybrid background that includes leadership roles at multinational corporations and public relations agencies, Nick helps clients address their most pressing opportunities and challenges. In his role as CEO of Reputation Partners, Nick oversees the strategic direction of the firm, leads the firm’s business development efforts and serves as senior client counsel to a number of clients.

Amy Littleton

Amy Littleton joined Reputation Partners in August 2022 as president. She is a PR strategist and business leader focusing on delivering powerful communications and integrated brand activation programs to business and consumer clients.

Prior to joining Reputation Partners, Amy was executive vice president and managing director of KemperLesnik, where she led the public relations division in handling brand reputation and crisis management for major brands, such as Whirlpool Corporation, the PGA of America and Takata Corporation.

For nearly 20 years, Amy has delivered communications results for many blue-chip clients, including Aon Plc., PwC, Liberty Mutual, CNA, HUB, Grainger, and more. Under her leadership, KemperLesnik grew exponentially by providing creative yet strategic programs that produce measurable results.

Amy’s experience spans positions at Edelman, Slack & Co., General Mills, Inc. and her own PR consultancy company, Littleton Consulting.

Amy holds a MBA from Loyola Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University and a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Amy lives in Chicago and serves on the board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and Friends of Catherine and Channel Lakes, a nonprofit focused on improving water quality in the lakes. Additionally, Amy was a past president of PRSA Chicago.

Andrew Moyer

Andrew is responsible for leading Reputation Partners’ team and serves as one of the firm’s top client crisis counselors. Andrew works with clients on strategic communications, proactive and reactive crisis and issues preparedness and reputation management programs.

Andrew joined Reputation Partners after five years at Edelman where he was Senior Vice President, Crisis & Risk Management and Public Affairs Lead for the Chicago office. While at Edelman, Andrew managed issues campaigns and crisis communications for a variety of local, national and global clients, across a wide range of sectors, providing tactical execution, campaign leadership and strategic counsel.

Prior to his time at Edelman, Andrew spent 14 years working in state and federal government, most recently serving almost four years as chief of staff for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), the lead state agency for economic development.

Andrew’s experience ranges from front-end crisis preparedness, campaign development and management and corporate positioning to stakeholder communications and labor relations. Andrew’s expertise also includes all types of message and media trainings from tabletop exercises to rapid crisis response.

Michael Grimm

Michael has 11 years of experience in public affairs, corporate and crisis communications, media relations and integrated brand reputation strategy. Michael began his public affairs and strategic communications career working with U.S. Congressman Tom Petri and at a Madison, WI public affairs firm.

Then, Michael transitioned to working at integrated marketing and global public relations firms, servicing clients ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to startup and public sector organizations. The diverse client mix encompasses corporate, technology, consumer, corporate social responsibility, financial services and enterprise industries.
