Overview

Encore, a global event production company known for delivering seamless and impactful experiences, initially engaged Reputation Partners to provide a focused message delivery training for their Industry Relations team. The success of this initial session led to a request for a larger, more comprehensive program tailored to their senior leaders, consisting of almost 200 individuals from across the globe.

In response, we designed and delivered a full-day, three-module training during their leadership summit that combined media coaching, message delivery, and sales communication. The program emphasized storytelling, managing difficult conversations, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences. It integrated core communication techniques with interactive role plays and peer exercises to enhance skill retention and practical application.

Moving beyond a traditional media or messaging workshop, the training equipped leaders to engage customers and stakeholders effectively by customizing their approach based on audience needs. Participants reported a 23% increase in confidence in managing difficult conversations, underscoring the program’s tangible impact on leadership communication.

Strategy

Building on the insights gained from the initial training, we collaborated closely with Encore to develop a tailored, full-day program for their global leadership that addressed their unique communication challenges and goals.

Our approach blended message delivery coaching, message development, and sales communication strategies to cover multiple aspects of effective leadership communication. The training was structured into three interactive modules focusing on audience analysis, message customization, and handling difficult conversations.

To foster engagement and reinforce learning, we incorporated practical exercises such as role play and peer-to-peer interactions, enabling participants to practice and apply new skills in real-time scenarios. Throughout the process, we maintained open collaboration with Encore to ensure the program aligned with their culture and objectives.
