Overview

Labcorp (NYSE: LH) is one of the world’s top life sciences companies, with over $16B in revenue in 2021. In early 2022, the company sought our support to write, design and publish a robust corporate responsibility report.

Strategy

We incorporated corporate responsibility reporting best practices and reviewed internal data, documents and narratives from Labcorp workstreams to develop a coherent report narrative, organizational commitments, content outline and design vision.

Then, we wrote the 51-page report, developed an overarching report theme and designed the report to match Labcorp brand guidelines and aesthetics. In addition, we designed and published a corresponding interactive microsite to display adjacent to the company’s core website.

Results

The published report, along with the dedicated microsite, has already proven to be an impactful report positively influencing internal employee, investor, media, consumer and business external audiences.
