That commitment is as strong as ever, and we also see ongoing opportunities for growth and diversification and deepening our strong management team.
This is why we’re thrilled to announce we have hired respected public relations industry leader Amy Littleton as our new president, effective August 15, 2022. Concurrent with Amy’s appointment, Nick Kalm, the firm’s founder and president will become CEO. Reputation Partners’ EVP and General Manager Andrew Moyer will continue in his current role.
Amy brings a wealth of experience in business-to-business (B2B) communications, marketing communications and brand activation to our service offering. For the past 19 years, Amy led KemperLesnik, building it into an admired national communications agency.
Most recently serving as the firm’s EVP and managing director, she managed the agency’s public relations operations, including a large staff and a multimillion-dollar P&L. During her tenure, Amy led many client relationships in insurance, financial services, professional services, consumer products and destinations. She also developed and led a strong team of public relations professionals which was with her for many years.
Nick shares, “I have long admired Amy’s leadership qualities, drive and success. Amy has a vision for growth, is a caring manager and embodies integrity, philosophies and priorities that align very well with my own. Her interests, skills and experiences will be key to continuing the growth trajectory at Reputation Partners. Working with Andrew and me, I can’t wait to see what we will accomplish together.”
