The communications challenge was to build awareness and support for the public company as the umbrella for the two divisions that were the names recognized by consumers.
Strategy
For years, Reputation Partners managed all financial communications for this publicly-traded company, including earnings releases, material announcements, investor presentations, and the company’s investor relations website, annual report and annual shareholders’ meeting, including a virtual annual meeting in.
