Reputation Partners is delighted to welcome Kate O’Neil as Executive Vice President, Client Engagement — a new role that reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and deeper client partnerships.

Kate brings more than 18 years of award-winning experience in strategic communications and marketing, having built and protected some of the nation’s most recognized brands. Her expertise across numerous industries, including healthcare, retail, consumer packaged goods, finance, e-commerce, nonprofit and education equips her to spot emerging trends, drive immediate impact and help our clients and the firm succeed.

In her new role, Kate will lead our client engagement strategy, building custom teams aligned to each client’s evolving needs. Working closely with leadership, she will help drive measurable growth and ensure we stay ahead in a dynamic communications landscape.

Previously, Kate held senior roles at national agencies Tierney and Carmichael Lynch, where she developed brand partnerships that delivered strong reputational and business outcomes. A trusted advisor and team builder, she is well-positioned to help shape RP’s next chapter.

Kate has served on the boards of the Philadelphia Ad Club, the Forum of Executive Women, and the Interpublic Group’s Collective Growth Council. She holds a BA in Communications from East Carolina University, graduating cum laude.
