Von Maur is a family-owned, high-end retail department store. Reputation Partners has served as Von Maur’s agency of record since 2003, driving continued demand for the retailer’s renowned customer service and selection of products, as well as supporting the company’s strategic growth within and beyond its traditional Midwestern footprint.

Our proactive efforts include a dedicated, daily consumer media initiative in Von Maur’s various local markets designed to leverage key seasonal, event and lifestyle topics in order to showcase its products, style, selection and expertise. In addition, Reputation Partners manages the company’s new market PR strategy, building local market consumer interest in new stores in the months leading up to and during its grand opening. Lastly, Reputation Partners ties the local market PR approach into a broader corporate positioning effort designed to favorably position the company, its strategy and leadership team within the fashion and retail industry.
